Home inspection pricing is determined by finished/heated square footage. Although, unfinished basements and/or garage space is included in our inspection and report, they are not used to calculate square footage. See below.
For a residential home inspection (1 to 4 units), the Inspection fee is based on the total finished/heated square footage. While unfinished basements and garages are included in the inspection and report, they do not count toward the pricing and square footage calculation.
🔍 What to Include in the Square Footage Calculation:
🚫 What Does Not Need To Be Included in the Square Footage Calculation (These spaces are including in the Inspection, just not the square footage calculation)
To ensure your inspection is thorough & enough time is allocated, select correct square footage & additional services when booking (e.g., radon, termite inspection).
*Barns, Sheds, & "Out-Buildings" are not included in the inspection and are priced separately. See "Add-On Services."
